Come back to an old topic and pick up where you left off
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Part of Split a chat with your AI employee into topics, one per task
Come back to a topic after weeks or months, and your AI employee brings in what it learned there. It knows how long the topic was quiet and answers from the newest facts.
Early access: switched on for selected companies.
Why it matters
Projects pause for weeks. When you return to one, ask where things stand and get an answer built on what was settled in that topic, with dates, without explaining it all again.
- Before
- A vague question in an old topic, such as “Where do we stand on this now?”, could bring back none of what your AI employee had learned there.
- Now
- Your AI employee brings back the topic's facts with the day it learned each one, and answers from the newest.
What you get
- What it learned in the topic: even after a vague question, your AI employee brings in the facts it learned in that topic, newest first.
- Dated facts: each fact from the topic carries the day your AI employee learned it, so an old decision is not mistaken for a new one.
- It knows the topic was quiet: after a month or more without messages, your AI employee is told how long the topic was quiet before it answers.
- Current until replaced: what was said in the topic stays current however old it is. If something newer replaced it, your AI employee answers from the newer one and says what changed and when.
- Files from the right topic: in a topic with no files of its own, your AI employee does not pull in files or images from the rest of the chat.
- Your question still comes first: the topic's facts are added without crowding out what your new message is about.
How to use it
Early access: switched on for selected companies. It works in every topic of a chat with your AI employee, with nothing to switch on.
Ask in the old topic
Open the topic's tab and ask in your own words. A short question is enough: your AI employee brings in what it learned there, with dates.
Example Where do we stand on this now? Pick it up from where we left it.
Name the subject in a long topic
If the topic is long, name what you want to continue, so your AI employee brings in the facts and earlier messages that match it.
Example Let's continue with the warehouse lease. What did we agree on the deposit?
Part of: Split a chat with your AI employee into topics, one per task
In early access, split a chat with your AI employee into topics, like threads, so several tasks move side by side and answers focus on their own subject.
