Your yes in a chat topic covers only what was asked there
For business owners
Part of Approve your AI employee's emails, CRM changes and meetings first
When your AI employee asks for your yes inside a topic of its chat, your answer there decides only what was asked in that topic. A yes in one topic never approves a request from another.
Early access: switched on for selected companies.
Why it matters
If you run several tasks with one AI employee, you can answer each request where it was asked, without approving something from another task by mistake.
- Before
- Requests for your yes were not tied to the topic that raised them, so it was unclear what an answer inside a topic decided.
- Now
- A yes or no in a topic of your AI employee's chat decides only that topic's requests, and the main tab still decides all of them.
What you get
- Your answer stays in its topic: a yes or a no written inside a topic decides only the requests that were raised there.
- The main tab decides everything: an answer in the chat's main tab still decides every request that waits for you, as before.
- Told where to answer: when a request waits in another topic, your AI employee tells you where to give your answer.
- Asked again, it moves along: when a request is asked again from another topic, it follows the topic that asked last.
How to use it
Early access: topics, which split a chat with your AI employee into one thread per task, are switched on for selected companies. This covers requests your AI employee raises inside its own chat, such as a task's plan. Numbered questions such as A7 are answered in your decisions conversation with the lead AI employee.
Answer where it was asked
In the topic where your AI employee asked for your yes, reply in your own words, such as approve or reject. Only the requests of that topic are decided.
Example Yes, go ahead with this plan.
Decide everything in General
A reply in the General tab of the chat decides every request that waits for you.
Follow the pointer
If your AI employee says a request is decided elsewhere, answer it in the topic it names or in General.
Part of: Approve your AI employee's emails, CRM changes and meetings first
In early access, approve each email, Pipedrive or Zendesk change and calendar event before your AI employee makes it. It does exactly what you approved.
