Saved meeting recordings now start playing at the first spoken line, and the recording shows when the talk begins, so the quiet minutes while your AI employee waits for people never sound like an empty recording.

- Your AI employee answers the messages that waited during an outage
Messages that waited during an outage are answered by your AI employee in one reply once it works again; older ones and work already begun are listed for you.
- Your AI employee reports what it read and did, in plain words
Every AI employee is told to read the whole message, report only what it has done, use plain words, link the Pipedrive records it names and use the language each text needs.

Every AI employee is asked to confirm large changes, draft from your own sent emails, check the latest messages and keep its replies short.
