AI employees & teams

Improved

Your AI employee reports what it read and did, in plain words

For business owners, managers and sales teams

Part of Your AI employee asks before big changes and writes like you

New working rules guide every AI employee: it is told to read the whole email before it tells you what it says, to report only the work it has done, and to write in plain words and in the right language.

Why it matters

Teams told us their AI employees read too much into a subject line, said a file was attached when it was not, answered with field names and bare deal numbers, and wrote CRM notes in the wrong language. Each of these is now a rule for every AI employee.

Before
An AI employee could sum up an email from its subject line, report a planned step as done, answer in field names and bare deal numbers and write CRM notes in the wrong language.
Now
Every AI employee is told to read the whole message, report only what it has done, use plain words, link the Pipedrive records it names and use the language each text needs.

What you get

  • Reads the whole message: before it tells you what an email says, your AI employee is told to read all of it, not only the subject line or the preview, and to say in the same sentence what it has not checked.
  • Reports only what it did: it is told to say that it sent, attached or changed something only when it can see that the step went through, and otherwise to tell you plainly that it has not done it yet.
  • Links to your deals: deals, people and organizations read from Pipedrive now come with the address of their page, and your AI employee is told to link each one it names instead of giving a bare number.
  • Plain words and the right language: it is told to leave out field names and internal codes, to write CRM fields, notes and reports in the language your company uses there, and to reply in the language you write in.
  • Asks before mass changes: it is told to confirm the scope before it creates or changes more than 25 records of one kind, or before more than 10 deletions or emptied fields.

How to use it

In every chat with your AI employees, in their scheduled tasks and in the emails, CRM notes and reports they write for you.

Part of: Your AI employee asks before big changes and writes like you

Every AI employee now follows the same working rules: read your sent mail first, draft like you, keep replies short and ask before changing many records.
