Speaking again in live voice keeps the answer in progress on screen
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Part of Chat with your AI employees on your phone and tablet
Talking with your AI employee in live voice? If you say something new while it is still preparing a longer answer, that answer keeps coming and appears in the chat when it is ready.
Why it matters
In a real conversation you often add a thought before the other person has finished. The answer you were waiting for should still reach you, and your new words should get their own reply.
- Before
- Saying something new while a longer answer was being prepared could leave that answer off your screen, even though it was finished a little later.
- Now
- Answers in progress stay on screen when you speak again in live voice, and your new phrase gets its own reply right after them.
What you get
- The first answer arrives: the longer answer you were waiting for keeps streaming into the chat and is shown in full when it is ready.
- Your new words count too: what you said in the meantime gets its own reply in the same chat, just like a message you type while an answer is coming.
- Typing is unchanged: typed messages behave exactly as before, so you can mix typing and talking in one conversation.
- Good to know: for now your new phrase is answered once the longer answer is done; a later step lets it join the answer in progress.
How to use it
