Your newest correction to your AI employee stays in force

For everyone who works with an AI employee

Part of What you teach your AI employee stays in use

Your AI employee sometimes learns from your chat later than it happened, for example after a usage limit or an outage. Your newest correction stays in force even then.

Why it matters

You correct your AI employee once and can count on the correction. An older message that is learned late is kept behind your correction instead of replacing it.

Before
If an older message from your chat was learned after a newer correction, it could take the correction's place, and your AI employee could go back to the old answer.
Now
Your newest correction stays current, and an older message that is learned late is kept only as history behind it.

What you get

  • Corrections hold: when an older message is learned after your newer correction, your AI employee keeps answering from the correction.
  • Old replies leave new requests open: an earlier "Done, I sent the invoice" does not mark a later "Send the invoice to the auditors as well" as done.
  • Your standing instructions keep their place: something you did not say yourself, such as your AI employee's own reply, does not push a standing instruction of yours aside, whichever was learned first.
  • Applies from now on: corrections that were replaced before this update are not restored by it. If you notice an old answer, correct it once more.

How to use it

Nothing to switch on: it applies whenever your AI employee learns from your chat with it.

Part of: What you teach your AI employee stays in use

All your standing instructions now reach your AI employee's written chat answers, and what it learned stays in use until something newer replaces it.
