Picture edits keep the original and show what changed
For everyone who works with an AI employee
Ask your AI employee to change a picture and the original stays as it was. The edit is saved as a new picture, so you can compare the two.
Why it matters
Teams can try several edits of a banner, a slide or a product photo without losing the original, and your AI employee can tell when an edit changed nothing.
- Before
- An edit could replace the original picture, an edit that changed nothing could be reported as done, and older messages could show the newest version.
- Now
- The original picture stays, each edit is a new picture you can compare with it, and older messages keep showing the version you saw.
What you get
- The original stays: each edit is saved as a new picture next to the original, which is left untouched, so you can go back to it.
- Before and after: your AI employee gets a link to both the original and the edited picture, so it can show you both.
- Measured, not guessed: each edit is compared with the original, so your AI employee knows whether the picture changed and where, and can tell you plainly when it did not.
- Links keep their version: a picture or file linked in a reply keeps opening the version you saw then, even after later edits.
- Files under the reply on your phone: pictures attached to a reply show as thumbnails right under it, and other files, such as a PDF, as an item with their name and size that opens with a tap.
- Not on your own hardware: for an AI employee that runs on a computer your company owns, edits are not saved as new pictures beside the original. Whether a picture changed is still checked.
How to use it
Nothing to switch on: ask your AI employee in your chat to change a picture, for example to remove a date or lighten the background.
