Add AI employees yourself whenever your team needs one
For business owners and admins
Add a new AI employee whenever your team needs one: give it a name and pick a role. If your plan's limit is reached, you are told before anything is created.
Why it matters
You can grow your AI team in a few clicks, and each new AI employee starts from a role written for its job. Your plan's limit is checked before anything is created, so you do not end up with a draft you cannot switch on.

What you get
- Any time, from your team list: add an AI employee whenever you need one, not only while your company has none.
- Start from a role: pick the new AI employee's role. Your company's own roles come first, so a role written for your team is one click away.
- Ready in one step: the new AI employee is switched on, joins your company chat, and its chat with you opens for its first task.
- Plan limits up front: each plan includes a number of AI employees. When that number is reached, you see how many your plan allows before anything is created.
- Personal AI employees are not counted: each person's own AI employee does not count toward the number of AI employees in your plan.
- Only the right people: only people allowed to add AI employees to your company see the button.
How to use it
Open your team list
Open Fleet Dashboard or Employee Cards and click + New Employee.
Pick a role
Type a name and pick a role. Your company's own roles are at the top of the list.
Create it
Click Create. If your plan's limit is reached, you see how many AI employees your plan allows, and nothing is created.
Give it its first task
The new AI employee is switched on and its chat opens, so you can give it its first task right away.
