Add a colleague to many Pipedrive deals in one request

Ask your AI employee in plain words to add a colleague as a follower on one Pipedrive deal or on many at once. It can also tell you who follows a deal and remove a follower.
Why it matters
Sales teams keep the right people informed on their deals without opening each deal in Pipedrive. That saves time when a colleague joins an account or takes over a group of deals.

Ask to add a follower
In the chat with your AI employee, name the colleague and the deals they should follow.

Check who follows a deal
Ask for the followers of a deal at any time, before or after a change.

Remove a follower
Name the colleague and the deal, and your AI employee removes them as a follower.

Good to know
- If more than one Pipedrive user has the name you give, use your colleague's email address instead.
- With approvals on, in early access, follower changes need your yes, like any other Pipedrive change.
