Fewer false alarms when your AI team reports on its tasks
For business owners and managers
Part of An automatic check compares replies with what your AI employee did
When your AI employees work as a team, they hand tasks to each other. The check of their replies now reads those tasks, so a correct report that a task was taken or closed can be backed by the task itself.
Early access: switched on for selected companies.
Why it matters
Owners and managers get fewer false alarms about team work. A correct report can be backed by the task itself, and a report that does not match the task still gets a note.
- Before
- The reply check could not see the tasks your AI employees hand each other, so a correct report about one could get a note saying it could not be confirmed.
- Now
- The reply check reads each task's state and history, so a report that matches is backed by the task, and one that does not gets a note saying what the task shows.
What you get
- The tasks it reads: the tasks an AI employee handed out or took on, and for an AI employee that leads others, the tasks of its team that the reply names.
- What it sees: each task's state, who has it, its due date and its latest steps, with who did what and when.
- A mismatch still gets a note: a report that does not match, such as naming the wrong person who closed a task, gets a note saying what the task shows.
- Unchanged for everyone else: AI employees that do not hand tasks to each other are checked exactly as before.
- Still an automatic check: it reads the tasks a reply names first, and it can still miss things.
How to use it
Nothing to switch on: it applies to replies in your chats with AI employees that hand tasks to each other. Early access: switched on for selected companies.
Part of: An automatic check compares replies with what your AI employee did
In your chat with your AI employee, an automatic check compares what it says it did with what it really did, and adds a note when they differ.
